Join us for a gentle chair yoga series designed for all levels to enhance well-being. The program will be led by Linda Zogas.

Expect to breathe, meditate, lengthen your muscles, ease and strengthen your joints, all from your chair! No getting up and down from the floor! Linda will build on the moves for you to notice improvement and allow you to continue at home through the holidays. No mats are necessary. Wear comfortable clothing!

Please bring two yoga blocks to class. Straps are provided. We have a few blocks to borrow for new yogis. Linda has blocks for sale for $10. Contact the library or Linda in inclement weather to ensure class is being held. We are always interested in feedback and class suggestions.

When Chair Yoga instruction is offered via Zoom, attendees may either come to the library, or connect remotely:
