Privacy Policy
Wyomissing Public Library, as a library established under Pennsylvania law, is required by Pennsylvania law to guarantee that all circulation records of library users shall remain confidential and shall not be available to anyone except by a court order or criminal proceeding.
Wyomissing Public Library does not make names and addressed of library users available to any outside parties.
Library Records
- Computer circulation records: Retained for zero transactions
- Inter-library loan records: Retained until item is returned to WPL or to lending library
- Internet computer site history: Deleted when computer is shut down
- Internet computer sign-in logs: Current day plus one day
