Mindfulness for Adults

Join us for a Mindfulness Workshop for Adults. Tania Hollos leads this workshop to help us deal with everyday stressors and create moments of calm.
This month, the emphasis will be on "letting go." Each participant will receive a journal and a pen. There is a $10 workshop fee.
